Inspired by the fun and feelings from the movie *Inside Out*, we'll have an exciting time exploring our emotions! We'll join together to paint beautiful masks and talk about all the different feelings we have - happy, sad, mad, or silly. Through this activity, we'll learn how our moods can change and discover ways to feel better when we're upset or overwhelmed. It's a perfect chance to understand ourselves and our friends better, all while creating colorful masks that show our special personalities.
