What is Fall Product Program?
Girl Scouts of USA lets councils have a go at two Product Sales a year. The biggest and most famous one is the Cookie Program, which kicks off from Feb to April each year. Most councils use the Fall Product Program to brush up on money smarts they picked up during Cookie Season, plus it’s a ripper (awesome) way to kick off the year with some extra dosh (cash) for the troop—selling nuts, lollies (candy), mags, and more to your mates (friends), work crew, and anyone keen for a treat.
Troop profits help pay for all the fun stuff the girls get up to during the year—including epic travel adventures! The girls soon realize their hard yakka (work) can lead to some pretty grouse (fantastic) rewards!
Skills You Will Learn
The Fall Product Program shows Girl Scouts how to step up and be legends (girls of character) in their own lives, at work, and out in the big wide world! This gig’s a top way to make the whole Girl Scout thing even more of a ripper (amazing thing).
Fair dinkum (honestly), being a Girl Scout helps girls smash it (learn) in five big ways.
As a Girl Scout, she’ll pick up:
- Setting cracker goals (Goal Setting)
- Making calls like a champ (Decision Making)
- Handling dosh (Money Management)
- Getting on with all sorts (People Skills)
- Doing business the right way (Business Ethics)
It’s bonza (awesome) what a mag (magazine) or a box of choccies (chocolates) can pull off (accomplish)!
How it Works
There are two ways for troops to earn proceeds:
Nuts and Chocolates
- Girls can take orders via a nut order card.
- Girls can flick (send) a link to their online storefront. Folks can purchase online, and the goodies get shipped directly to them. Nuts and Lollies (candy) are paid for by credit card; customers will incur a shipping fee.
Magazines and More!
- Girls can flick (send) a link to their online storefront. Folks order and pay for magazines, tumblers, or stationery online directly from a girl’s storefront.
- Orders rock up (arrive) in 4 to 6 weeks.

Learn About Our Mascot!
Kangaroos (Roos) are fascinating marsupials native to Australia, known for their powerful hind legs and distinctive hopping movement.
Top Jumpers: Roos are the only big critters that get around mainly by bouncing. They can launch themselves up to 9 meters (30 ft!) in one go and fang it (high speeds) over 60 kays (37 mph) an hour!
Unique Naming: Males are called boomers. Females are called flyers because females tend to be faster and more agile than males...way to go ladies! Little tackers (babies) are joeys.
Marsupials: Roos are marsupials, which means the mums (mommies) have a pouch where their tiny joeys hitch a ride for about six months until they’re big enough to have a wander (move around on their own).
Tucker (food) for Roos: Roos are plant-munchers, snacking on grass, leaves, and shrubs. They chomp with their front teeth and smash it down with their back ones.
Social Life: Roos hang out in mobs, herds, or troops! – that’s a big bunch of ‘em, sometimes up to a hundred! The crew helps look out for each other, especially when there’s trouble about
Boomers Love to Box: Male roos, or boomers, are always up for a punch-on (boxing) to sort out who’s boss.
Roos are Kind to the Planet: Thanks to their guts, roos barely let off any methane, so they’re way better for the environment than cows, buffalo, sheep, goats and camels.
