Where can I find the programs offered by GSEWNI this summer?
Our list of Resident Camp and Day Camp programs for the summer comes out with our Spring/Summer Field Guide, posted to our website at the beginning of February.
When does registration open for summer camp?
Camp Four Echoes: Registration for resident camp programs opens in the first full week of March. For the 2024 season, registration will open March 4th at 9AM.
Camp Ashwell: Registration for day camp programs opens two weeks after resident camp. For the 2024 season, registration will open March 18th at 9AM.
How many programs can I register for?
Camp Four Echoes: To allow as many girls to attend Camp Four Echoes as possible, we limit our campers to one* Resident Camp program per summer. This does not include any Troop Camping, Family Camping, or ‘Just the Two of Us’ Camp programs. *If space allows, girls are able to register for additional sessions of Resident Camp after May 15th. No one may hold multiple registrations before this date.
Camp Ashwell: Girls may attend as many Day Camp programs as they wish and space allows. We offer 10 weeks of Day Camp programming over the course of the summer.
When is the balance due for my child’s summer camp program?
All camp programs are expected to be paid in full two weeks before the program starts. Payments can be made in full or in increments through your myGS portal.
What forms are needed for my child to attend camp?
All forms and waivers for camp are managed through CampDoc. You will receive a link via email to your child’s profile in April or within one week of registering. All answers will expire and need reviewed/updated yearly.
All forms and waivers are due two weeks before your registered session.

The Kiwanis Camps for Kids program is a third-party Financial Aid program which may help with some of the cost of summer camp. You can find more information about their scholarship program here. Campers are eligible to receive both a Kiwanis Scholarship and Financial Aid through GSEWNI.
I dropped off my camper and need to contact Camp Staff.
Camp Four Echoes: The most reliable way to contact Camp Four Echoes staff is to call the lodge phone at 208-664-6827 or the Camp Director (Eggo) at 509-202-5356. If you cannot reach anyone during regular business hours, call Customer Care at 509-747-8091.
Camp Ashwell: The camp director can be reached at 509-863-4096 (summer) or 509-202-5356 (winter/spring). If you cannot reach anyone, call Customer Care at 509-747-8091.
The program I wanted to send my camper to is full. What should I do?
Waitlists for our summer programs are available online as soon as the registration is full. Paying the deposit will hold your waitlist spot. Any campers not moved off of the waitlist will be offered a full refund of the amount paid. Waitlists are processed up until the last business day before each Day/Resident camp program.
