Seniors and Ambassadors, grab your backpacks and let's head out on the most breathtaking adventure through The Enchantments. Driving out on Sunday and starting our backpacking trip on Monday, we'll spend two days working our way up into the Snow Zone (named after Snow Lakes). Wednesday will be our dayhike into, around, and back out of The Core Enchantment Zone, seeing galcier-topped peaks, mountain goats, and over a dozen glacier fed lakes. Days four and five will be working our way back down through the Snow Zone with a bavarian meal in Levenworth to celebrate the adventure. The trip will go from Sunday to Friday, with five days and four nights out in the wilderness, hiking around 25 miles total with a few thousand vertical feet. Learn everything you'll need to know about backpacking in the Pacific Northwest and beyond! A Girl Scout completing this hike has what it takes to conquer one of the great long trails of America. You'll also come home with the Trail Adventure badge!
