Enjoy the chance to learn a new sport-either skiing or snowboarding! Whether you're trying it for the first time or looking to improve, this is a great opportunity to have fun in the snow. The event includes rental gear, a lift ticket, and a lesson to help you get started. Plus, you'll have the chance to cheer on and support your friends as they learn too! Join us for a day of adventure, new skills, and winter fun with your Girl Scout sisters.
This is a badge earning event, and the day will be divided between learning about the mountain and the different groups responsible for it. Girls will participate in three different presentations: one with Ski Portol, one with Mountain Operations, and one with Ski School. The other half of the day will be spent in a lesson and free skiing in groups, allowing everyone to practice their new skills and enjoy the snow.
