Our Annual Meeting is an opportunity to tune in and hear about the Council's recent accomplishments and upcoming initiatives. Facilitated by the President of the Board of Directors, important business takes place by vote, such as electing the Board of Directors, the Board Development Committee, and Council Delegates. Voting Members include Delegates, Alternate Delegates, and Board Members. While only delegates are required to attend, we encourage all to participate. Register for this event to attend our Annual Meeting in person. Coffee and light refreshments will be served before the meeting. Lunch will be served from 11:45 AM-12:30 PM. Following lunch will be Volunteer Recognitions, which will go from 12:30-2:30 - Please register if you intend to stay for this FREE event.
