PA Training teaches you skills needed as you connect with younger girl troops and work on your Program Aide Award. Anyone can be a leader- you can too! Leadership is a learned skill, it looks different for everyone. While working on this award you'll find out what it looks like for you. Grow leadership skills by planning and leading multiple activities for younger Girl Scouts. You'll get to practice being a role model and engaging different age groups along the way. The Program Aide Award is also one of the optional pre-requisites for the Silver Award.
