Juliette Girl Scouting

Juliette Girl Scouts are individual registered members who are not affiliated with a troop. Juliette Girl Scouting works well for rural areas and girls who do not have a troop option that fits their needs.

Juliette Girl Scouts work with an adult mentor to assist them in completing Girl Scout program.

What Can a Juliette Do? Juliette Girl Scouts can do anything Girl Scouts in a troop can do! When a girl participates as a Juliette, she can:

Meet new friends by attending Girl Scout Events and Activities

Juliettes can meet other girls at council-sponsored events or in their Service Units who offer many events and service opportunities, which are great for Juliettes to meet other Girl Scouts in their area!

Try new experinces and learn new skills by completeing Girl Scout Journeys and earning Badges

Juliettes can earn badges, which include a variety of skill-building activities, many of which compliment the Journeys. Girls can choose from three different Journey books at each program grade level. Journeys guide girls towards becoming a leader in their community.

Make a difference through Community Service.

Juliettes can work on their own or with their Girl Scout community to carry out Girl Scout traditions. Juliettes can also pass along what they’ve learned, gain leadership skills, and earn special mentoring awards by helping younger Girl Scouts at troop meetings, events, camp, and more.

Participate in the Cookie Program and Fall Product Sale (and learn business skills while having fun!)

Juliettes can fund their Girl Scout activities while learning great business skills including goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics.

Explore nature and the outdoors or go to camp

Earn her Bronze Award, Silver Award, and/or Gold Award

Juliettes can earn Girl Scouting's highest awards by leading a take-action project to improve their local community.
