DOES THE MONEY STAY LOCAL?

Yes, all dollars raised stay local in our Council to support girls in this region.

IF I CAN'T ATTEND, CAN I STILL SUPPORT?
Absolutely! We know that sometimes scheduling conflicts occur. If you are unable to show your support in person, you can always donate to Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho here.

WHAT TO WEAR?
For women, this event is anything from business professional to formal evening attire and everything in between.

For men, business casual (no jeans) to business professional (This is not a tuxedo event, though you are welcome to come dressed to the nines!).

Sweets Before Supper is a delightfully unique fundraising gala hosted by the Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. This one-of-a-kind event honors women leaders in our community through our annual Women of Distinction award. It highlights the efforts of our organization to help shape the next generation of women leaders and showcases what Girl Scouts is all about—building Girls of Courage, Confidence, and Character.

Join us for the sweetest event in town and spend the evening enjoying Girl Scout cookie-inspired bite-sized desserts created by local bakers, all before supper! Learn about the Girl Scout movement and how it serves girls of all backgrounds to discover their strengths and empower them to meet new challenges. Then, celebrate with us as we honor a select group of women in our community who inspire our next generation of women leaders.

All proceeds from this event go to supporting the Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho.

Sharee Moss

Owner of Birdie's Pie Shop

Once again Sharie Moss has claimed the title of Baker Champion for 2026. This is her third time receiving this title and well deserved with her  Samoa Pie Bites: shortbread cookie crust layered with a dulce de leche, house-made salted caramel and toasted flaky coconut all drizzled together with a decadent dark chocolate ganache.. Well don Sharee!

Sharee is a mother to six kids, wife to a lucky guy, and by night, she’s a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Sacred Heart’s Children’s ER. She would never consider herself a “chef”. The restaurant world came really by surprise in her life. Sharee is a two time Baker Champion at Sweets Before Supper!

Destiny Munoz - John Dough toggle arrow

Destiny Munoz

John Dough

My love of cookie dough started when I was a kid. Some of my fondest childhood memories involved baking with my grandma. There was something special about being in the kitchen, watching her whip up a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies while I eagerly waiting to lick the dough off the beaters. The dough has always been the best part!

I wanted to share my passion by creating delicious, gourmet edible cookie dough to be enjoyed by everyone. Crafted with high quality, wholesome, local ingredients, each spoonful is designed to take you back to your childhood and those special times in the kitchen with family and friends. Nothing could be better, so turn off the oven and grab a spoon!

Alicia Armour - The Davenport Hotels toggle arrow

Alicia Armour

Davenport Hotels

Like a lot of young girls, I grew up wanting to be just like my mom. My love for baking started at a young age, helping her bake and decorate cakes for every occasion. Seeing the excitement that friends and family had when she showed up with a beautifully decorated cake started my journey into all things pastry!

I joined the Davenport Hotels Pastry team in 2017 after attending a local Professional Pastry Program, where I learned that there was so much more to baking than decorating cakes. I would have never guessed that what started as a hobby and spending time with my mom could grow into a passion and a successful career. I have worked in many positions throughout my time with the Davenport Hotels, starting out as a "fresh out of school" pastry cook, to now leading the entire Pastry Department as the Executive Pastry Chef, overseeing dessert production across all five of the Davenport properties. Creating core memories and one-of-a-kind experiences for our guests is an honor that we get to do every day! (all thanks to a dedicated mom and a Scooby Doo cake, however many years ago!)
