Our 2026 Women’s Weekend is pampered camping with a purpose. This weekend retreat invites 120+ women from across the Northwest and beyond to slow down, indulge, decompress, and unwind. It offers the perfect setting for a getaway with your girlfriends on the beautiful Coeur d’Alene lakefront at Camp Four Echoes. No dishes, no planning, just relaxing, and time to disconnect to reconnect. Try something new, such as a sunrise paddleboard lesson or a yoga fusion class. Participate in a body sculpting session, get creative with a découpage class, or simply relax on the lodge deck with a glass of wine and a good book

This signature fundraising event for Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho supports scholarships, camperships and leadership programs.

Here are some ways that you can contribute:

You can build a basket. Here are some fun themed ideas to get you started:

Foodies Basket

The Baker's Basket: Give your bidders everything they might need to make some Instagram-worthy baked goods. Throw in a popular cookbook, baking mixes, and some cute cookie cutters.
The Chocolate Lover's Basket: Chocolate is a favorite of those with a sweet tooth. So, why not put together an assortment of gourmet chocolates or chocolate muffins and cookies? Get creative and throw in some locally-sourced chocolate products
The Gourmet Basket: Give someone the chance to be gourmet chef for the night. Include a voucher for a cooking class, evening with a personal chef or a gift certificate to a local restaurant.

The Family Basket

Movie Night Basket: Include a movie theater gift card for the whole family to a local cinema. Add in some fun things like everyone's favorite movie candy and popcorn.
Rainy Day Basket: Rainy days bring the whole family together so include fun things like puzzles, board games, card games, microwave popcorn and quick baking mixes.

The Sports Lover's Basket

Cyclists Basket: Gift card to a bike shop, cycling helmet, water bottle, tire pump, fun books on awesome places to bike.

This is your weekend to relax and enjoy. During your social hour and dinner experience you will have a selection of wines, ciders and beers to choose from to make the evening relaxing and fun. All meals during your stay are catered by Beacon Hill Catering & Events. Beacon Hill provides delicous and creative handcrafted meals.

Saturday night's social hour with John Allen of Vino!-WineShop is a fun way to learn about wine from an expert while enjoying Beacon Hill's fabulous appetizers on our lodge deck surrounded by you new and old friends.

Women’s Weekend offers a fun array of classes, including options like decoupage, sip and paint, and build a planter with New Leaf Nursery.

If the weather is nice—as it usually is—you can get on the water and enjoy a paddleboard class or check out one of our kayaks or canoes.

Prefer a more flexible schedule? Spend some time in our Craft Shed. This space is open all day and is self-guided. You can try your hand at tie-dyeing, designing picture frames, or creating your own fun jewelry.

Participate in as many or as few activities as you like. This is your weekend to relax and have fun!

This is your weekend to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Start your morning paddle boarding on the water, and an ALL LEVELS yoga fusion workout or barre class by Lilac City Barre by the lakeside. Take a midday hike or kayak on beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene.

Main Lodge

The 11,500 sq. foot lodge was built in 2011 and offers guests a panoramic view overlooking Lake Coeur d'Alene. The lodge features an expanded dining hall, staff kitchen, meeting place, laundry room, and a full-size commercial kitchen, equipped with a gas range, convection oven, walk-in cooler, reach-in cooler, ice machine and dishwasher.

Teepees | Sky Meadows

Capacity: 30

Sky Meadows has five teepee style cabins that sleep six people each.

Treehouses | Smugglers Cove

Capacity: 24

Smugglers Cove has four elevated treehouse style cabins, with a spiral staircase, that sleep six people each. Also included are a private beach, and a covered kitchen shelter with a refrigerator.

Cabin | Singing Pines

Capacity: 30

Singing Pines has five cabins that sleep six people each and include a shower house with electricity.

What is the purpose of Women's Weekend?

This annual event, held on the weekend following Labor Day at Camp Four Echoes on 212 acre Windy Bay property on the beautiful shoreline of Lake Coeur d'Alene, is your opportunity to relax, unwind and have fun with your girlfriends, all while raising money to support scholarships, camperships, and leadership programs for Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

What are the accommodations like?

Stay in our rustic cabins just like our summer campers do! Most cabins sleep six and are non-electric. You are allowed to bring batteried bling items like, flashlights, flameless candles, or fairy lights to make your stay fun and enchanting. Bring what you need to create a cozy luxury experience, or enjoy the simplicity of just a warm sleeping bag and fluffy pillow!

Special sleeping arrangements are available upon request.

What should I wear/bring?

Early September can have wonderfully crisp cool mornings and warm evenings. Bring comfortable clothes that you can explore the surrounding wooded area or lounge around in, and remember you may be painting or crafting. If the weather is good you may want to sun on the dock or enjoy a morning yoga class.

What if I have food allergies or restrictions?

Special dietary arrangements are available upon request.

When will the final itinerary be available?

In July, registered guests will receive a complete listing of Women's Weekend activities to create their customized itinerary. While there is a fee associated with some activities, many are complimentary.
