Engineers are some of the world's finest problem solvers--let's do like they do, and Think Like an Engineer to problem solve! During this Journey Springboard event, you will work together with your Girl Scout sisters to develop prototypes based on challenges you receive. As you work to problem solve, you will move through the steps of the Design Thinking Process, and apply this to solving problems around your community. Participants will earn their Think Like an Engineer badge, and leave the weekend with a plan for executing their Take Action Project, which will be completed at home after the weekend. This event includes an overnight stay in the Spokane Hostel, as well as meals. Girls will need to bring a sack lunch, and the essentials for an overnight stay.
