Join a GSEWNI staff member for this REQUIRED on-boarding training. You will get an overview of GSEWNI processes and procedures, as well as some tips about how to move forward with your new troop. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your new role as a Girl Scout troop leader.
Program Aide Training is a continuation of the Girl Scout leadership journey. Cadettes and up can attend this course to learn about teaching & leading younger girls. Council highly recommends that girls interested in becoming Program Aides complete a Leader in Action award by assisting a Brownie group on any of their National Leadership journeys before they take training.
