Life can be stressful at times for everyone! During these times of frustration, you may feel overwhelmed, nervous, anxious, and confused. Although these emotions are 100% normal, you cannot ignore them.
Together we will discuss stress management techniques and tips to add to your self-care toolbox.
In this interactive workshop, you will also learn:
-Why our perception becomes our reality – and what this means for us!
-How to physically and mentally handle stress in a healthy manner.
-How to limit self-defeating thoughts, actions, and emotions.
-How to set realistic goals that are attainable.
