Virtual Mental Health First Aid

This is an amazing opportunity to participate in an in-depth mental health training - offered to us by EWU Mental Health Center.

Mental Health First Aid takes the fear and hesitation out of starting conversations about mental health and substance use problems by improving understanding and providing an action plan that teaches people to safely and responsibly identify and address a potential mental illness or substance use disorder.

Independent, guided online learning - approximately 2.5 hours.

Choose your virtual - instructor led class on February 24 or February 26.  Please choose ONE date.  It is the same material presented on two different dates.
