You already know you can support Girl Scouts – and their STEM, outdoor, and leadership programs – by buying a box of cookies.
But now, you can also help out by eating ice cream.
In Spokane, the fabulous Sweet Annie’s Artisan Creamery has created five new ice cream flavors that are designed with and inspired by favorite Girl Scout cookie classics we all know and love: Thin Mints, Samoas, Do-Si-Dos, Savannah Smiles, and S’Mores.
In fact, one of the five flavors called “GIRL POWER” was crafted by local Girl Scouts. Earlier this month ice cream shop owner, Annie, combined forces with eight Go-getters, Innovators, Risk-Takers, and Leaders™ to whip up a cold cup of cheesecake-extracted, lemony-seasoned, sparkle-adorned greatness!
If you order before February 19, your delectably refreshing cookie-influenced concoctions will be ready for pick up at the release party on February 27, 2018 at Fellow Coworking on W Pacific and S Bernard.
In the event you can’t make it to the hottest (or should we say, coolest?) party of the year, pints of Sweet Annie’s are now available at Rocket Market on 43rd Ave and S Hatch, as well as My Fresh Basket on W Summit Parkway and N Monroe. These sweet treats hit the shelves in March.
If you need more cookies after wolfing down Sweet Annie’s locally-sourced, small-batched, hand-made, life-affirming, crazy delicious ice creams – GSEWNI’s cookie sale runs March 23 – April 15. Find a cookie booth near you by visiting this page on our site.
