GSEWNI Return Procedure

Merchandise purchased at the Council Shop in its original packaging with the tags attached may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days when accompanied by the receipt. Refunds on cash and check payments will be sent to the purchaser in the form of a Council check. Refunds on credit card and non-expired cookie dollar purchases will be made in the same tender.

• Clearance and retired items may not be returned or exchanged.
• Defective merchandise purchased from the Council Shop may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase when accompanied with a receipt.

Please include a copy of the receipt with:

• Description of the problem.
• Corrective action you are requesting.
• Daytime phone, fax number or email
• Name
• Address

GSEWNI Shipping & Handling Charges

There is a flat book rate of $2.50 per book set.
Standard Shipping and Handling Charges:
US Postal Service 1st Class. Allow up to 10 business
days upon confirmation of payment.

Rush Shipping and Handling Charges:
Standard Shipping and Handling Fees plus an additional $10.
Allow up to 4 business days upon confirmation of payment.

Note: Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 10 business days for processing. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
