The event is full and my girls wanted to go, what now?
Please contact the event manager directly.  We are sometimes able to add events if enough interest is presented.  Also, you may want to get on the wait list for the event.  If someone cancels we notify those on the wait list in the order their registrations were received.

How do I get a refund?
Full refunds will be given when cancellations are made prior to the registration deadline.  Cancellations must be received five (5) business days prior to the event for any refund consideration.  GSEWNI reserves the right to not give refunds for some events.

Why was the event cancelled?
Events may be cancelled if there are insufficient registrations by the deadline date or if other special circumstances arise.  Full refunds will be issued to participants if an event is cancelled.  Fees for cancelled events may be transferred to another event.
