At HER Day (healthy, energetic, resourceful), girls learn to make good choices by attending workshops centered around building self-esteem and creating a completely healthy YOU!

Self Esteem is:

• Good Nutrition
• Style & Fitness
• Friendships & Family
• Relationship Building

Who: ALL girls, grades 6-12
Place: Girl Scout Program Center, Spokane
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Fee: $20 for the day, lunch and "SWAG" included
