FALL PRODUCT SALE PROGRAM

Sale starts Friday, October 8 and ends Sunday, October 24

For 98 years, Girl Scouting has been involved in developing girls to become our future business leaders. The Fall Product Sale program provides families with a unique opportunity to assist their daughter in a learning experience that can change their lives. Many former Girl Scouts, who are now top career women, look back and realize how much they benefited by learning to talk to people they didn’t know, as well as setting and achieving goals.

The Fall Sale is often Girl Scouts' best kept secret. We are looking to our Girl Scout families to spread the word to their friends and extended families about the invaluable life-skills the fall product sale program offers, and how their support will assist your child and her troop in achieving their individual and troop goals.

The Fall Product Sale is a unique leadership program and is a great way to start the membership year. Through participation in this program, girls learns the skills and resources needed to successfully accomplish their goals. Troop's profits help fund the events and activities that the girls will particpate in during the coming membership year -- including exciting travel adventures! Girls learn that their efforts can have BIG results!

Girls also learn to overcome shyness and to gracefully handle the rejection of a sale, realizing it is not a measure of their self-worth. The Fall Product Sale program affords girls the tools to help them understand busniess fundamentals, money management, and marketing, all while fostering their people skills. Amazing what a jar of nuts, a box of chocolates and a few magazines can accomplish! Please support our girls and our troops with your involvement.
