Description: This is the time for fun cabin camping in the Wild West!!! Girl Scout Troops will experience a rootin’, tootin’ adventure with some of your favorite pioneer legends this spring at Camp Wooten. Activities will include roping crafts, butter-making, Dutch Oven demos, relays, free time for exploring, and more! Plan your favorite Western-themed skit for campfire. Bring non-food SWAPS to trade if you like (not required). Cost includes all program supplies, Friday evening snack, three Saturday meals plus a Saturday snack, and Sunday breakfast. Camp Wooten cabins sleep up to 11 people. A limited number of need-based camper scholarships are available.
Level: This is a troop event for Brownies and Older; Individual girls may attend with a GS-registered adult as long as adult will be registering for camp and participating in camp activities.

8-10 Program Aides: Must be 8th grade or older and PA-trained. Please send an email to Frankie at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the following:
1. your PA experience – how long you’ve been a PA, troops you support, events you’ve been a PA for and what you did at these events.
2. Your strengths and weak areas. (for example songs, crafts, knots, games, camp skills, whatever else you can think of)
Staff and PA’s will need to attend 1 of 2 pre-camp trainings: Sunday, April 23 at 1:00pm at the Kennewick 911 Driving School OR Wednesday, April 26 at 6:00 pm at Desert Springs Covenant Church in Pasco
Other needs: Baby food jars for one of the crafts, Adult(s) who can teach 1-2 easy country line dances on Friday night
