Join us for the March 3, 2012 Annual Meeting

Schedule:

9:00 am - Registration
9:15 am - Parliamentary Procedure Training, required for all Delegates/Alternates
10:00 am - Business Meeting
12:00 pm - Luncheon Program and 100th Anniversary Celebration
1:00 pm - Café Mingle

Registration: The registration fee includes lunch and attendance to the 100th Anniversary Celebration, as well as access to Café Mingle. The registration fee is non-refundable.

What is an Annual Meeting?
The yearly meeting that a local Girl Scout council holds to elect its board of directors and conduct other business essential to Girl Scouting in its geographic area.

What will be discussed?
• Election of board members, board development committee
• Proposed Amendments to the Bylaws
• Other council business

Who is invited?
All adult members and Girl Scouts age 14 and up are welcome to attend, but due to limited seating capacity (140), first priority is given to regional delegates, voting alternates, board of directors and board development committee members.
